• Customized, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale.

How to Start a Return or Exchange：

• Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and provide you with a return label and return instructions.
• Please pack the items securely and send them back to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs：

• We cover the return shipping costs for items with quality defects or shipping errors on our end.
• For returns due to personal preference (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges：

• Exchanges are only eligible for the same item in a different size, color, or style of equal value.
• If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out your exchange item within 2 business days.

Refunds：

All our jewelry is handcrafted in-house with premium materials, and every piece undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch.

· Standard in-stock handcrafted pieces: Require 2-5 business days of production and quality control time before shipping.

· Custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces: Require an additional 7-20 business days of dedicated production time on top of the standard 2-5 business day production window. This extended timeline ensures we deliver a flawless, custom piece tailored to your exact specifications.
